Coordinate daily Sydney office operations, including supplies, building requests, visitors, calls, meeting rooms, and mail. Provide administrative and project support to Marketing, People and Culture, Legal and Compliance, Research, and Sales teams. Manage CRM processes such as trial setups, onboarding, license extensions, and record updates. Prepare communications, presentations, proposals, and documents while collaborating with the administration team to deliver efficient business support.

Gather and document client business requirements, translate them into practical solutions using FE fundinfo products, configure platform modules, advise stakeholders, and support ongoing service updates and continuous improvement. Collaborate with project managers, data relationship managers, product teams, and clients throughout project lifecycles.

Lead design and launch of a fund and ETF listing service across UK and European exchanges. Own end-to-end admission processes, prepare documentation, coordinate with legal, exchanges and regulators, and establish SLAs, playbooks and quality controls. Serve as subject-matter expert on listing/regulatory requirements, collaborate with product, data and technology teams, and act as senior escalation for compliance and client issues.
