Leads FCT’s national commercial sales strategy, revenue growth, profitability, market share, strategic partnerships, and enterprise account development. Manages and coaches a national sales organization, builds executive relationships across commercial real estate, oversees forecasting and CRM discipline, and collaborates with underwriting, operations, product, marketing, finance, and revenue operations. Provides leadership on complex transactions, risk management, client retention, market trends, and executive reporting.

Prints, packages, and reviews mortgage documents according to lender requirements and deadlines. Updates databases, enters file notes, identifies and corrects discrepancies between paper and electronic records, and escalates issues when needed. Provides light reception support, coordinates courier pickups and inter-branch document bags, and maintains department and mailroom supplies. Requires accuracy, confidentiality, strong organization, keyboarding, multitasking, and intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

As a Commissioner of Oath/Deeds, you will meet with clients to witness and certify signatures on legal documents, ensuring customer satisfaction and managing confidentiality.
