Administer insolvency information in Insolvency Link, review trustee documents, ensure regulatory and client processing standards, meet service-level and audit requirements, use proprietary systems, and maintain industry relationships. The role requires accurate data entry, strong organization, analytical and communication skills, customer focus, adaptability, and bilingual English-French proficiency.

Manage mortgage transactions by reviewing loan documentation for accuracy, resolving file deficiencies, coordinating with underwriting/operations/compliance and external partners, proposing process improvements, delivering training, and ensuring customer inquiries are handled professionally while maintaining service levels and regulatory compliance.

Leads daily team operations, customer service, workforce management, escalated inquiries, and service-level performance. Supervises, coaches, and trains staff; maintains procedures, policies, and records; manages complex mortgage-related files; supports employee reviews; and drives initiatives improving productivity, engagement, recruitment, retention, and customer experience.
