Develop and maintain B2B relationships with lawyers and title-industry stakeholders to grow sales. Conduct market analysis (SWOT), identify opportunities, maintain product knowledge, support customers, monitor competitors, control expenses, collaborate with internal teams, and achieve sales targets.

Lead and execute a national commercial sales strategy for title insurance and related solutions across Canada. Manage and develop a high-performing sales team, drive revenue, profitability, and market share, build executive relationships with Bay Street law firms and lenders, lead strategic partnerships, collaborate cross-functionally, oversee forecasting and CRM discipline, and provide commercial risk and market leadership.
