Coordinate national skip tracing, asset location, repossession and redemption activities. Manage and evaluate vendors, ensure compliance with Canadian PPSA/privacy/collections laws, maintain licensing, prepare complex documentation and reports, and use inventory/client/collections software and Microsoft Office. Provide excellent communication, negotiation and de-escalation support.

Provide administrative support for DS operations including intake, processing, tracking, closing and invoicing accounts. Communicate with stakeholders, manage vendor assignments, track warranties/insurance, prepare reports and notices, resolve complaints, maintain records, document processes and train staff. Use proprietary systems and Microsoft Office; support collections, repossession and remarketing workflows while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.

Manage mortgage transactions by reviewing loan documentation for accuracy, resolving file deficiencies, coordinating with underwriting/operations/compliance and external partners, proposing process improvements, delivering training, and ensuring customer inquiries are handled professionally while maintaining service levels and regulatory compliance.
