Leads governance, optimization, integration, and lifecycle management for ERP systems and connected enterprise applications. Resolves complex cross-functional issues, designs business processes and architecture, translates stakeholder needs into technical requirements, and leads ERP initiatives, migrations, integrations, testing, and process automation. Establishes data governance and change-management standards, advises executives, manages vendor collaboration, and mentors analysts and support teams.

Maintains and improves a high-SKU digital automotive parts catalog by validating product metadata, attributes, taxonomy, SKUs, vendor updates, supersessions, and lead times. Resolves catalog issues with cross-functional teams, enhances searchability and image workflows, analyzes data quality patterns, and improves operational processes. The role requires strong Excel and workflow-tool skills, analytical ability, attention to detail, and preferably automotive knowledge including ACES and PIES standards.

Leads the catalog operations function, owning operating models, intake and prioritization, planning cadences, SLAs, governance, workflow optimization, data integrity, and automation. Manages the Catalog Operations team and partners with assortment, customer experience, finance, supply planning, vendors, technology, and data teams. Drives scalable execution for SKU setup, enrichment, lifecycle updates, supplier onboarding, catalog maintenance, and performance reporting while presenting operational recommendations to senior leadership.
