Lead fulfillment center operations, managing frontline teams and Team Leads while meeting KPIs, SLAs, safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets. Drive process improvements, standard work, and Lean Six Sigma initiatives across picking, packing, and shipping operations. Develop employees, foster a high-performance culture, use data to improve performance, and ensure strong customer and employee experiences. Flexibility for weekend or night work is required as needed.

Leads the catalog operations function, owning operating models, intake and prioritization, planning cadences, SLAs, governance, workflow optimization, data integrity, and automation. Manages the Catalog Operations team and partners with assortment, customer experience, finance, supply planning, vendors, technology, and data teams. Drives scalable execution for SKU setup, enrichment, lifecycle updates, supplier onboarding, catalog maintenance, and performance reporting while presenting operational recommendations to senior leadership.

Lead make-specific marketing for Porsche at FCP Euro: develop and execute GTM and Market Penetration Strategies, create technical content and campaigns, align cross-functional teams, ensure product/content accuracy, act as make SME, and appear on camera for technical and promotional video content to grow penetration and revenue.
