Manage AD and Google Workspace, handle procurement and asset lifecycle tracking, lead projects and collaborate with IT and operations, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure continuous fulfillment center operations.

Lead and build a global supplier quality function for the automotive aftermarket. Define supplier standards, onboarding, audits, chargeback programs, and scorecards. Drive root-cause analysis, CAPAs, compliance to SAE/ISO, and collaboration with Product, Vendor Relations, Supply Planning, and Operations to reduce defects and improve supplier performance.

Monitor and analyze capacity utilization across fulfillment centers; create dashboards, reports, and scenario-based forecasting models for storage, throughput, labor, and equipment. Develop slotting and inventory optimization strategies, produce actionable insights from large datasets, and collaborate with Operations, Supply Planning, Engineering, and Finance to support capacity planning and operational improvements.
