Lead cross-functional projects from conception to completion, managing schedules, risks, and stakeholders. Drive S&OP/IBP initiatives, WMS integrations, fulfillment center launches/relocations, and supply chain technology implementations. Develop technical requirements for software teams, enforce program management best practices, mentor teams, and ensure alignment between business and technical stakeholders to deliver projects on time and on scope.

Monitor and analyze capacity utilization across fulfillment centers; create dashboards, reports, and scenario-based forecasting models for storage, throughput, labor, and equipment. Develop slotting and inventory optimization strategies, produce actionable insights from large datasets, and collaborate with Operations, Supply Planning, Engineering, and Finance to support capacity planning and operational improvements.

Lead cross-functional programs to scale fulfillment operations by translating operational needs into technical specifications, defining future-state processes, managing requirements, UAT, cutover/hypercare, and driving adoption with SOPs and training. Partner with operations, supply chain, finance, analytics, and engineering to deliver system integrations and process improvements supporting business continuity and growth.
