The role gathers requirements, configures systems, improves tools and processes, documents troubleshooting guidance, analyzes support trends, assists stakeholders, and participates in an after-hours on-call rotation. It combines service desk expertise with systems analysis, cloud technology, system integration, and customer support responsibilities.

Develop and enhance enterprise risk reporting for management committees and the Board. Translate business information into meaningful reports, support top and emerging risk programs, advise stakeholders on governance and three lines of defence, research industry practices, and maintain reporting processes, methodologies, and tools. The role also coaches business partners and provides insights that inform senior leadership decisions.

Evaluate and structure sophisticated lending solutions for medium-to-large agribusinesses, analyze financial and industry risks, support syndicated transactions, set security and covenants, monitor loan compliance, conduct market analysis, and mentor team members to ensure portfolio and transaction integrity.
