FCC - FAC Benefits Overview

Designs, builds, tests, and deploys cloud-based data pipelines using Python, PySpark, SQL, and AWS technologies. Develops ETL solutions using Data Vault 2.0 and dimensional modeling, supports lending, risk, and financial data consumers, and improves automation, integration testing, CI, and pipeline reliability. Collaborates with product owners, analysts, architects, and developers while mentoring peers and leading technical design sessions and code reviews.

Lead the origination, structuring, negotiation, approval, execution, and portfolio management of complex project finance transactions supporting Canadian agri-food processing, manufacturing, and production projects. Build relationships with sponsors, developers, lenders, investors, advisors, and stakeholders; oversee due diligence and pricing; present credit recommendations; mentor lending teams; and help establish project finance capabilities, underwriting standards, and market strategy.

Supports complex project finance transactions for Canadian agriculture and food assets. Responsibilities include developing financial models, conducting due diligence, assessing risks, preparing underwriting and credit materials, supporting transaction structuring and execution, coordinating advisors, and monitoring portfolio performance, covenant compliance, and early warning indicators. The role requires strong project finance expertise, financial modeling, credit analysis, portfolio management, and bilingual English-French communication skills.
