Drive outage and project execution, maximize reliability and financial performance, enforce SHE standards, manage contractor and community relations, and implement continuous improvement to meet production, environmental, and financial goals.

Oversee daily production on an industrial recycling line, ensuring safety, productivity, and proper material handling. Monitor workflow, train and support staff, track production and downtime, report equipment or safety issues, and assist supervisors with operations and projects.
