Recruiter and People Operations professional responsible for full-cycle recruiting across technical, product, design, marketing, and operations roles, while owning employee lifecycle processes, onboarding, offboarding, records, benefits support, policies, and engagement initiatives. The role partners with hiring managers and leadership, improves recruiting and people systems, coordinates external HR vendors, and builds scalable processes in a fast-growing consumer technology startup.

Lead large-scale clipping campaigns to grow favorited’s social presence and reach. Identify viral moments from livestreams and creator activity, build high-volume clipping workflows, recruit and manage a network of clippers, and provide creative direction across platforms. Analyze views, watch time, engagement, shares, and follower growth to optimize content and distribution. Collaborate with creators, marketing, social, and community teams while monitoring memes, gaming culture, trends, and emerging platforms.

Lead favorited’s social presence across established and emerging platforms. Develop and execute content strategy to drive growth and engagement, translate product and creator moments into native content, act quickly on trends, optimize via data and testing, partner cross-functionally, and build community through direct engagement and content calendar management.
