Oversee the hospitality group’s finance department, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, revenue controls, accounts receivable and payable, cash management, payroll accounting, audits, tax compliance, and internal controls. Monitor hotel performance metrics, safeguard assets, manage risks, and provide financial guidance to leadership. Lead and develop the finance team while ensuring accurate and timely reporting and compliance with Barbados regulations.

Supports daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll and attendance support, training coordination, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, reporting, and HR event coordination. Maintains confidential personnel and training records, assists with investigations and disciplinary matters, responds to employee queries, and supports HR activities across locations. Requires knowledge of Barbados Labour legislation, Microsoft Office proficiency, and local travel capability.

Coordinates HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, renewals, separations, benefits administration, and HRIS updates. Reviews benefits documentation, resolves routine enquiries, monitors transactions, supports annual enrolment, and administers rewards and recognition activities. Provides policy guidance to employees and managers while escalating exceptions and recommending process improvements to the Compensation and Benefits Manager.
