Leads military and veteran student services, including VA enrollment certification, benefits guidance, regulatory compliance, portal reporting, and coordination with the Department of Veterans Affairs and State Approving Agency. Maintains tuition, fee, program, and institutional records; analyzes enrollment and financial data for tuition strategy recommendations; coordinates veteran engagement events and institutional surveys; and represents the university at outreach events, conferences, and training programs.

Serves as chief academic and administrative officer for the College of Biblical Studies. Oversees academic programs, faculty leadership, budgets, accreditation compliance, enrollment growth, spiritual formation, fundraising, community partnerships, and ministry initiatives. Represents the college to churches, alumni, and external stakeholders, supports strategic planning and recruitment, develops scholarship programs, and teaches one course each semester.
