Create and lead visual communications for Fathom’s marketing, sales, and brand initiatives. Develop visual strategies, campaign assets, presentations, digital experiences, photography, video, motion graphics, WordPress pages, and reusable design systems. Translate complex manufacturing and technical information into compelling content, collaborate with stakeholders, manage multiple deadlines, and recommend improvements to the company’s visual identity. The role is hybrid in Hartland, Wisconsin and requires occasional business travel.
