Provides on-site behavioral health services to shelter guests experiencing homelessness. Responsibilities include crisis intervention, risk assessments, safety planning, clinical evaluations, individual support, treatment planning, referrals, care coordination, benefits navigation, disability documentation, and compliant clinical recordkeeping. The clinician collaborates with hospitals, outpatient providers, DMH, detox programs, and other partners while supporting staff with complex situations and continuity of care.

Manages administrative operations for a supportive housing portfolio, including occupancy and vacancy tracking, rent collection, income certifications, annual recertifications, leases, housing assistance contracts, compliance reporting, resident files, delinquency follow-up, financial reports, audits, and property access coordination. The role interacts respectfully with residents and case management staff while ensuring adherence to HUD, funder, and program requirements.

Provides short-term stabilization and case management for individuals transitioning from homelessness into permanent housing. Develops person-centered plans, identifies housing-loss risks, supports benefits and income applications, coordinates health and community services, conducts home visits, coaches clients on tenancy skills, mediates landlord and household issues, and delivers structured follow-up to promote housing retention and prevent recurring homelessness.
