Lead and scale EMEA & APAC sales organization, drive go-to-market and pipeline strategy, enforce forecasting and sales discipline, manage frontline managers and senior AEs, pursue new business and strategic deals, collaborate cross-functionally to optimize bookings and regional growth.

Lead design and development of highly available payment processing, subscription billing, settlement, refunds, and reporting systems. Integrate with external payment processors and APMs, ensure automated build/test/deploy pipelines, debug production issues, optimize performance, decompose features for incremental releases, conduct design/code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and incorporate regulatory requirements (PCI‑DSS, PSD2/SCA, 3DS2).

Manage end-to-end chargeback and payment operations across multiple processors, track KPIs and trends, perform representments, investigate complex payment issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to reduce risk and improve payment performance and seller experience.
