Collect and assess pricing data for ferrous and non-ferrous metals recycling markets, produce price assessments and market commentary, build industry contacts, peer-review prices, support colleagues' pricing patches, engage with the market through events and webinars, and follow company and IOSCO pricing methodologies.

Lead development of scalable, fault-tolerant cloud microservices and UIs on a Microsoft/Azure stack. Write high-quality code, shape technical strategy, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, SRE, and architecture teams to deliver performant features across web, API, and mobile channels.

Provide L2 on-site and remote deskside support across Windows and macOS, Microsoft 365 and endpoint tooling. Manage device provisioning, lifecycle activities, AV/meeting-room troubleshooting, printer/peripheral support, basic network checks, ticket triage/escalation, asset management, and documentation to ensure timely resolution and strong user experience.
