Owns business analysis from discovery through delivery, including stakeholder engagement, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, backlog readiness, workshops, testing, and outcome validation. The role improves processes through AI and automation, evaluates opportunities responsibly, and supports product, business, and technology teams working with complex data and pricing platforms.

Collect and assess commodity pricing data, set benchmark prices according to established methodologies, and peer-review pricing processes. Write market news, commentaries, and analytical content on coking coal and steelmaking raw materials. Build industry contacts, answer market inquiries, support price development, and contribute to events, white papers, infographics, and market engagement initiatives.

Processes new and renewal sales orders, activations, fulfillment, cancellations, and modifications across CRM and fulfillment systems. Validates contracts, maintains data integrity, audits exchange data, updates accounts and opportunities, resolves discrepancies, supports sales and finance teams, and maintains service-level agreements. The role requires strong Salesforce and Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail, troubleshooting ability, effective communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
