Lead the design, implementation, maintenance, security, and performance of enterprise information systems. Administer SaaS and AI platforms, including identity integration, access controls, licensing, and data governance. Build AI-assisted IT automations, troubleshoot critical issues, mentor engineers, research technologies, document systems, and collaborate with Security, Legal, and cross-functional teams to align technology with business objectives.

Drive enterprise new business and revenue across Brazil by managing the full sales cycle, developing strategic account and territory plans, and selling technology solutions to large organizations. Build direct and partner-channel opportunities, engage executive and technical stakeholders, coordinate evaluations and proofs of concept, maintain Salesforce and Clari data, and accurately forecast pipeline and bookings. The role requires Portuguese and English fluency, enterprise technology sales experience, and up to 50% domestic and regional travel.

Monitor and investigate internet-scale threats for enterprise customers. Lead incident response, analyze traffic and logs, deploy DDoS, bot, and web application mitigations, tune security policies, conduct threat hunting, prepare incident reports, and communicate defensive strategies to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
