Gather customer requirements, define success metrics, evaluate infrastructure and vendor tradeoffs, and coordinate cross-functional teams across product, engineering, sales, and marketing. The role requires expertise in cloud services, distributed systems, storage technologies, and data infrastructure, along with strong strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.

Serve as the internal Workday functional SME, leading HR technology projects, configuration, optimization, testing, reporting, data integrations, support, release readiness, and compliance activities. Provides Tier I technical support for Fastly’s edge cloud platform. Responsibilities include troubleshooting VCL, caching, HTTP, TLS, DNS, APIs, control panel configurations, and Compute applications; managing and escalating customer issues; monitoring network events; guiding customers through technical solutions; documenting findings; and participating in occasional on-call coverage. The role requires strong networking knowledge, written communication, scripting ability, customer support experience, and familiarity with diagnostic tools.

Build and scale Fastly’s edge Compute hosting infrastructure. Develop high-performance Rust platform code addressing back pressure, resource limits, service interactions, concurrency, and asynchronous execution. Drive partner-sourced enterprise pipeline, launch regional demand-generation campaigns, demonstrate services revenue opportunities, localize global channel programs, and create scalable regional initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with sales and channel teams, strong EMEA market knowledge, cross-functional project management, and proactive ownership. It is based in London within a hybrid work model and may require travel.

Manage Cost of Revenue accounting, including accruals, fixed assets, and internal-use software. Lead month-end close activities, journal entry reviews, account reconciliations, financial reporting, SOX controls, SEC reporting support, and accounting process improvements.
