The Business Systems Analyst will support Billing Systems and Order-to-Cash operations, troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and improve processes within the billing ecosystem.

Design, build, and maintain production infrastructure across datacenters and cloud; develop and operate Go services (ACME/Boulder); manage cryptographic operations and HSMs; triage vulnerabilities and drive remediation; run monitoring, on-call, and incident RCA; and prepare technical evidence for WebTrust audits within a change-controlled, compliance-driven environment.
