Coordinate daily intermodal logistics operations, including load booking, shipment tracking, customer communication, carrier coordination, delivery scheduling, documentation, and issue resolution. Leads Lean and design-thinking process improvement initiatives, documenting processes, managing recommendations, supporting implementation, training stakeholders, and monitoring outcomes. Collaborates across Operations, Yield Management, IT, and business teams while supporting projects, automation, and continuous improvement.

Coordinate intermodal logistics operations for assigned accounts, including load booking, shipment tracking, customer communication, ETA updates, documentation, and order closure. Collaborate with drivers, dispatchers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve delays and service exceptions. Monitor shipment performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, support margin improvement, manage customer volume expectations, and maintain accurate Transportation Management System records. Provide after-hours support as needed to ensure uninterrupted transportation operations.
