Research and complete formal requests for quotes for MRO and OEM parts. The role interprets customer prints, cross-references specifications, identifies suppliers and substitute products, collaborates with sales, engineering, quality, customers, and manufacturers, supports supplier development and new business implementation, and negotiates bid details to optimize costs.

Researches and completes formal RFQs by interpreting customer specifications, cross-referencing parts, identifying suppliers, and sourcing alternatives. Collaborates with sales, engineering, quality, manufacturers, suppliers, and customers on MRO and OEM parts. Supports supplier onboarding, data improvement, lean solution implementation, and new business initiatives. Negotiates bid details and supplier pricing while maintaining accuracy, organization, and responsiveness.

Provides administrative, customer service, sales, inventory, order processing, delivery coordination, and warehouse support for an industrial distribution branch. Responsibilities include assisting sales activities, developing customer relationships, processing quotes and orders, maintaining inventory, coordinating deliveries and returns, resolving customer issues, and completing clerical tasks. The role requires English and Dutch fluency, Microsoft Office proficiency, a valid driver's license, physical package handling, and strong organizational and communication skills.
