Manage end-to-end client and advisor transitions, including account documentation, ACAT and non-ACAT transfers, asset movements, custodian coordination, pipeline tracking, issue resolution, reconciliations, and client communication. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, financial product knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple transition workflows while ensuring accurate and timely execution.

Manages accounts payable, procure-to-pay activities, employee reimbursements, payroll analytics, reconciliations, and financial recordkeeping. Supports monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, audit preparation, vendor agreement tracking, and expense management. The role also contributes to finance process improvements, system optimization, compliance, and stakeholder reporting.

Build and maintain testing tooling, frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines for a TypeScript codebase. Improve test speed and reliability using smart test selection, parallelization, mocking, isolated test environments, monitoring, and observability. Collaborate with engineering teams to establish testing standards, reusable fixtures, and documentation supporting secure, reliable financial services deployments.
