Build, deploy, and operate production AI agents that automate workflows in a regulated wealth management environment. Responsibilities include designing scalable agent architectures, integrating internal data and third-party platforms, implementing monitoring and guardrails, leading user rollouts, training stakeholders, and iterating based on adoption and business impact.

Develop and maintain complex financial plans for affluent and high-net-worth clients, including cash flow projections, retirement scenarios, Monte Carlo analyses, tax strategies, and Social Security and Medicare planning. Support advisors with client meeting preparation, financial data analysis, documentation, and reporting. Improve planning processes and technology, maintain accurate client records, and collaborate with advisors to enhance the client experience.

Supports retirement plan advisors with ongoing 401(k) servicing, investment committee materials, plan changes, recordkeeper and TPA issue resolution, plan documentation, fee billing and reconciliation, prospect analysis, onboarding, and platform migrations. The role also develops scalable workflows, checklists, templates, and timelines while coordinating with sponsors, vendors, advisors, and recordkeepers.
