Act as a dedicated right-hand to an advisor, owning the client service lifecycle: client communications, money movements, custodian alerts resolution, meeting preparation and follow-up, paperwork coordination across platforms, and deadline-driven tasks while handling most client matters independently.

Own budgeting, forecasting, monthly management reporting, and long-range financial models. Partner with business leaders, track KPIs, improve FP&A tools and processes, support board/investor reporting, and collaborate with Accounting to align actuals and forecasts.

Serve as primary client-facing liaison for a high-net-worth advisory practice: manage day-to-day relationships, maintain CRM, coordinate onboarding and service requests, prepare advisor meeting materials, escalate issues, and proactively flag opportunities to deepen client relationships.
