Architects and delivers production conversational AI systems using LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows. Owns features from requirements through deployment, while ensuring testing, observability, reliability, redundancy, and authorization safeguards for sensitive financial data. Collaborates with product, data engineering, and business stakeholders to solve complex problems and improve client and advisor interactions.

Partners with financial advisors to identify marketing needs, manage projects, develop customized marketing materials, write compelling copy, curate digital content, and measure campaign effectiveness. Supports the broader brand and advisor marketing programs while coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines and budgets, and improving marketing performance.

Provides client and advisor support throughout onboarding, account opening, transfers, and ongoing service requests. Coordinates with custodians, monitors accounts, resolves issues, manages communications, and maintains strong relationships with advisors, clients, and vendors. Partners with Product and Engineering teams to improve client experience processes and operational efficiency within a wealth management technology environment.
