Greets visitors, answers and directs incoming calls, manages visitor sign-in and badges, handles mail and courier preparation, supports deposits and invoice processing, performs data entry, and completes clerical tasks for various departments. Requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, computer skills, and the ability to work independently under deadlines.

Provides Level 1 and Level 2 support for internal systems and business applications. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Microsoft 365, Linux, Windows, VPN, authentication, permissions, and connectivity issues; managing onboarding and access; monitoring systems; reviewing logs; documenting incidents; coordinating with IT teams and vendors; and supporting operational maintenance and release activities. The role also uses basic scripting and automation to improve administrative processes and participates in after-hours support rotations.

Provides expert customs and trade compliance guidance, including HS classification, free trade agreement review, duty refunds, adjustment entries, database audits, customs rulings, and regulatory interpretation. Supports verification audits, quality control, client inquiries, certificate reviews, and compliance problem-solving. Requires strong knowledge of tariffs, valuation, regulations, analytical skills, communication abilities, Microsoft Office and Excel experience, and a Certified Customs Specialist designation.
