Lead the technical side of complex sales cycles, including discovery, solution design, proof-of-value, executive validation, and deal close. Partner with Account Executives to align technical architecture with customer outcomes, position Faros strategically, address objections, and influence competitive deals. Capture field intelligence, analyze market and buyer trends, refine demos and positioning, and inform product and go-to-market priorities.

Lead backend software engineering role focused on architecting and scaling data infrastructure, core platforms, backend services, APIs, and production workloads. Responsibilities include hands-on coding, technical roadmap development, architectural standards, reliability and security, mentoring engineers, and collaboration with product and engineering leadership. Requires expertise in TypeScript, Node.js and/or Python, APIs, data pipelines, databases, cloud platforms, CI/CD, observability, and production operations.

Generate qualified sales meetings through outbound prospecting, social selling, nurture campaigns, and account research. Manage prospect pipelines and follow-ups, partner with account executives on strategic account outreach, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to create new opportunities. Experiment with messaging and channels while sharing market insights to improve outbound and go-to-market strategy.
