The People Operations Associate will handle HR queries, manage the employee lifecycle, coordinate recruiting processes, and ensure HR compliance.

Provide high-level support to the Global Head of Capital Development & Investor Relations including complex calendar and travel management, Salesforce CRM maintenance and reporting, investor meeting coordination, preparing executive materials, expense management, and event logistics. Serve as a strategic partner anticipating needs and tracking follow-ups.

Support Faropoint's Florida acquisitions by sourcing deals, managing broker relationships and pipeline, performing underwriting and financial modeling, coordinating due diligence, conducting market research, preparing investment memos for the Investment Committee, and collaborating with asset management, lenders, and consultants to execute acquisitions.

The Acquisitions Associate supports acquisition processes through underwriting, market research, financial analysis, and due diligence on real estate opportunities.
