Lead mechanical design and analysis of precision metrology instruments, focusing on servo and motion systems. Support concept-to-production development, perform dynamic modeling and FEA, select motors/bearings/sensors, prototype assembly/testing, develop BOMs and assembly/calibration techniques, mentor engineers, and act as subsystem project lead.

Lead SAP BASIS operations for FARO's SAP landscapes—install, configure, monitor, tune, patch, upgrade and migrate systems (ECC, HANA, BTP, BW, CPQ, GRC). Manage transport system, backups/disaster recovery, performance tuning, system refreshes, integrations (ALE/IDoc), security compliance, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure stability and business continuity.
