Coordinate and finalize residential mortgage loan closings by reviewing documents for accuracy and compliance, preparing closing packages, scheduling with title/attorneys, ensuring loan conditions are met, communicating with borrowers, inputting closed loan data, and working with post-closing/funding teams to resolve issues and ensure timely disbursement.

Support Commercial Relationship Managers and Business Development Officers with customer service, administrative tasks, loan renewals, credit initiation, document collection, OFAC and credit checks, collateral and covenant management, and post-closing activities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate loan files, manage overdrafts and past dues, and assist treasury management and onboarding.

Originate residential mortgage loans by marketing to realtors/builders, collecting documentation, running AUS approvals, delivering disclosures, locking rates, and providing timely customer service to meet production goals.
