Advise individuals, families, and businesses on Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance. Generate new business via calls, referrals, networking, and community outreach. Conduct needs-based consultations, sell and cross-sell products, provide ongoing service, meet monthly sales/service goals, and stay current on products and underwriting.

Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and networking; conduct insurance consultations; present and sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial products; manage client relationships and renewals via CRM; meet production goals and comply with California Department of Insurance regulations.

Lead multi-location agency operations, oversee managers across Sales, Service, Systems, and Recruiting; enforce processes and KPIs, coach leaders, identify operational improvements, drive execution, and partner with the Agency Owner to meet growth goals.
