Teams at Farmers for Forests (F4F)

Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Python, PHP, React, or Node.js. Build APIs, integrate internal and third-party systems, optimize performance, support databases and data flows, and contribute to deployment, testing, debugging, security, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into maintainable technical solutions.

Lead urban biodiversity park projects from concept through completion, coordinating government agencies, corporate partners, technical experts, vendors, consultants, and field teams. Oversee landscape design, species selection, plantation, ecological restoration, budgets, timelines, quality, compliance, safety, maintenance, reporting, and impact communications.

Supports the COO with daily operational management, cross-team coordination, program implementation, performance tracking, reporting, process improvement, research, and documentation. The role works across agroforestry, biochar, and ecosystem restoration initiatives, helping identify bottlenecks and execute operational plans as programs expand across rural India. Periodic field travel is required.
