General application for candidates interested in positions that are not currently posted on the company careers page. All positions qualify for a first-year retention bonus.

Develop customer relationships and provide agronomy recommendations involving fertilizer, seed, crop protection, and precision agriculture products. Participate in trade shows, test plots, producer meetings, sales training, and industry events. Assist with agronomy facility operations and complete training for potentially required CDL, Hazmat, or applicator licenses.

Assist the Location Manager with grain facility operations, ensuring efficient grain movement and quality. Operate and maintain grain elevator machinery and load-out equipment, coordinate train and truck loading and unloading, develop customer relationships, and participate in hands-on facility operations.
