Processes daily ACH receipts, returns, exceptions, notifications, settlements, reconciliations, disputes, and client inquiries in compliance with NACHA Rules, Federal Reserve guidelines, banking regulations, and bank policies. Reviews OFAC reports, prepares operational documentation and reports, identifies compliance risks, supports audits and special projects, and provides accurate internal and external customer service.

Leads Treasury Management sales strategy and revenue growth while managing and coaching Treasury Management Consultants. Develops client acquisition, retention, cross-selling, and product penetration initiatives; supports commercial client consultations, proposals, pricing, onboarding, and relationship reviews. Partners with relationship managers, branch leaders, product teams, and service providers to deliver treasury solutions. Monitors pipelines and performance metrics, presents updates to leadership, ensures regulatory compliance, and participates directly in strategic client sales activities.

Supports the Finance and Accounting Department with general accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, accounts payable, reporting, Excel spreadsheet preparation, ledger certifications, account reconciliation, variance analysis, and clerical tasks. Assists with budgeting system testing, validation, reporting, and training. Maintains compliance with banking regulations and internal policies while providing administrative support to department staff.
