Operate motor grader for finish and fine grading of roadways and site development. Perform subgrade, ditch, slope, and cross-section work using blueprints, grade stakes, and elevations. Use GPS machine control systems (Trimble preferred), coordinate with survey crews and supervision, maintain drainage and grade accuracy, conduct daily equipment inspections and minor maintenance, follow OSHA and company safety standards, and travel as required.

Implement and manage job-site safety programs ensuring OSHA compliance. Conduct training, audits, incident investigations, hazard analysis, recordkeeping, and regular site visits across assigned projects. Communicate safety issues, lead crew training, and support zero-accident culture.

Coordinate and execute site safety programs for aggregate operations, ensure MSHA compliance, conduct inspections and incident investigations, lead training and toolbox talks, perform industrial hygiene sampling, maintain safety records, and support development and implementation of safety strategies and procedures across multiple locations.
