Enter sales tickets, sell quarry materials, load trucks, operate equipment as needed, and perform additional assigned duties. The position requires equipment experience, physical and drug screening, and general computer familiarity. Sales and computer experience are preferred but not required, with training available. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible role.

Implement and manage job-site safety programs ensuring OSHA compliance. Conduct training, audits, incident investigations, hazard analysis, recordkeeping, and regular site visits across assigned projects. Communicate safety issues, lead crew training, and support zero-accident culture.

Support project managers and superintendents in planning and managing commercial construction projects. Assist with scheduling, site coordination, subcontractor liaison, estimating takeoffs, bid preparation, risk assessment, and promoting site safety. Help adjust plans based on field conditions and contribute to project documentation and schedule development.
