Provide administrative and HR support to store teams, handling onboarding, benefits administration, ADP data entry and payroll corrections, staffing coordination, health & safety documentation, inventory and office administration, and employee inquiries to ensure efficient store operations.

Coordinate development and delivery of training content with SMEs, manage eLearning modules and training videos, administer and troubleshoot the LMS, support HR communications and digital materials, and manage project timelines to ensure consistent operational training across stores.
