Teams at Farm and Forge Club

Provides hands-on technology support for employees, athletes, families, and guests. Responsibilities include troubleshooting computers, software, accounts, peripherals, basic networks, Google Workspace, audiovisual systems, and YouTube livestreams. The role also supports tournaments and events, maintains equipment readiness and inventory, documents issues, coordinates escalations, and delivers calm, responsive customer service. Occasional evening and weekend event coverage is required, with training provided on club systems and procedures.

Serves as the first point of contact for members, guests, and visitors at a training facility. Responsibilities include greeting and check-in, verifying memberships, managing court and lesson reservations, answering communications, processing retail and event payments, supporting tournaments, maintaining front-of-house cleanliness, receiving deliveries, and reporting facility issues. The role uses Club Automation, POS systems, phones, and printers while providing friendly, efficient customer service in a flexible, fast-paced environment.
