Lead global project management standards and complex enterprise software implementations for school groups and districts. Establish governance, project frameworks, estimation models, scope controls, and handoff processes. Oversee regional Project Managers, coach team members, optimize resources, resolve schedule conflicts, and personally deliver high-stakes projects on time and within scope. Collaborate across Sales, Services, Support, and client leadership to ensure accountable, consistent project execution.

Supports go-to-market activities for education technology products by refining messaging, creating marketing and sales enablement content, supporting launches, conducting market and customer research, and coordinating campaigns across Product, Sales, Client Experience, Design, Web, and Content teams. The role translates complex product capabilities into clear customer value and manages multiple marketing projects and deliverables.

Own end-to-end implementation projects for client schools, from scope approval through handover. Serve as the primary client advisor, translate educational needs into technical requirements, build project plans and work breakdown structures, coordinate internal specialists, manage resources and risks, maintain stakeholder communications, and ensure on-time, on-scope delivery. The role also supports software implementation, curriculum data migration, training coordination, and progression toward managing complex multi-school engagements.
