Design, build and maintain FareShare's data pipeline and data warehouse/lake. Translate business requirements into technical designs, support BI/reporting (Power BI), implement ETL processes, and ensure data quality and scalability across the organisation.

Create and produce on-brand photography, artwork, video and digital content for FareShare's channels. Support marketing and comms with design, newsletters, social content, website (WordPress), email campaigns, and promotional materials. Collaborate with frontline teams and PR to develop storyboards, scripts and outreach ideas to promote FareShare to internal and external audiences.

Manage and maintain FareShare's WordPress website to maximise uptime and usability, improve customer journeys for donors/volunteers/partners, run SEO and analytics (Google Analytics/Tag Manager), liaise with hosting agencies and stakeholders, produce reporting, and support marketing with design and content tasks.

Prepare, analyse and report financial and performance information from regional centres to assess grant impact and efficiency. Support fundraising bids and funder reporting, produce forecasts, budgets and variance analysis, improve finance systems and processes, and visit centres to gather data and implement best practice.

Support fundraising through donor stewardship, first-point donor contact, communications, and administration. Manage thank-you letters, income allocations, fundraising materials, volunteer and corporate calendars, and promote supporter activity via social and PR channels. Liaise with supporters, volunteers and regional centre teams.

Manage and maintain FareShare's WordPress website to maximise uptime, improve donor/volunteer/partner user journeys, implement SEO and analytics, liaise with hosting agency, support marketing content production, and report on website performance to inform strategy and tools investment.

Provide financial administration across the FareShare group focused on invoice processing, supplier and expense payments, account monitoring (PayPal, merchant accounts), petty cash, month/year-end support, van insurance audits and maintaining insurance registers, booking travel, and providing QuickBooks and new accounting system support.
