Create, film, edit, and publish organic social content across multiple platforms; write captions and scripts; engage with online communities; track social and event performance; maintain content archives and calendars; and support planning and on-site execution of community events. Build relationships with attorneys, staff, vendors, schools, and community partners while representing the firm at activations.

Coordinates paid media buys across television, radio, streaming, digital, and other channels. Maintains media schedules, invoices, records, and performance data; prepares reports; reconciles planned, ordered, and delivered media; identifies discrepancies and secures makegoods. Communicates with media partners and internal stakeholders, supports campaign research, and assists with Jacksonville-area sponsorships, community initiatives, events, and broader marketing administration.

Provide administrative support for client onboarding and case coordination: maintain confidential client records, verify and assemble documentation, manage the firm inbox, follow up on inquiries, communicate with clients and team members, assist with daily office operations (including stocking break room), and perform other assigned administrative duties.
