Supports attorneys with litigation preparation, including organizing case files, drafting pleadings, discovery, legal research, court filings, evidence review, trial exhibits, scheduling, and communications with clients, witnesses, and court personnel. Maintains case management systems, tracks deadlines, and provides administrative support while ensuring compliance with applicable court and regulatory requirements.

Handles all aspects of personal injury litigation, including case evaluation, client counseling, medical record review, discovery, litigation planning, demand letters, settlement negotiation, and case resolution. The attorney manages a substantial caseload, opens new files, leads legal teams, and applies Florida personal injury law. Trial experience and English-Spanish bilingual ability are preferred.
