Responsible for developing an AI Agent platform to enhance business productivity, integrating AI with core processes, and leading system architecture design.

Lead commercial strategy and P&L for FF Robotics, owning user growth, multi-channel sales, ecommerce, community, and user operations. Build and manage senior team, design GTM and channel economics, partner cross-functionally on product and AI, establish performance KPIs, and sequence global market expansion while protecting unit economics and reporting to executive leadership.

Lead top-of-funnel growth for FF Robotics across paid, organic, and partnership channels. Own strategy, measurement, and AI-augmented tooling to deliver qualified user volume and target CAC, build acquisition programs (paid media, SEO/ASO, partnerships, waitlist/pre-order, lifecycle), and hire/lead a multi-discipline acquisition team while aligning hand-offs to downstream sales channels.
