Fanshawe College Benefits Overview

Provides strategic leadership for end-user support, digital learning spaces, academic technology, and media and audiovisual services. Develops technology roadmaps, service standards, lifecycle and investment plans, performance frameworks, and sustainable operating models. Leads a large technical organization, manages budgets and vendors, improves customer experience and service reliability, and guides modernization across the college. Partners with academic and administrative leaders to align technology services with teaching, learning, accessibility, security, continuity, and institutional priorities.

Leads financial accounting, month- and year-end closes, reconciliations, financial statement preparation, grant and capital project accounting, tax filings, regulatory reporting, audit coordination, and variance analysis. Serves as a Workday Financials subject matter expert, providing system training, support, and testing. Ensures financial integrity, compliance, accurate reporting, and strategic guidance across the college.

Manages contract training programs and services, including business development, curriculum, licensing and compliance program delivery, staffing, budgeting, marketing partnerships, client engagement, and program evaluation. Oversees instructors and staff, identifies revenue opportunities, monitors operational performance, develops training products, and collaborates with internal departments and external stakeholders to support customized training initiatives.
