Support the Single-Family Pricing Desk by performing daily transactional tasks, producing and enhancing recurring and ad hoc reports, analyzing mortgage market trends and data quality, and creating executive-ready presentations. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver insights, automate reporting, troubleshoot data issues, and meet time-sensitive business needs to support pricing decisions and reduce errors and manual effort.

Support portfolio credit risk monitoring and analysis for residential mortgages. Provide data-driven reporting, identify and report emerging risks, develop risk outlooks, coordinate mitigation activities, and use quantitative and AI tools to improve processes and dashboards.

Lead and coordinate financial risk monitoring and mitigation for multifamily lenders. Design, test, and implement controls and analyses, review lender financial strength, support governance and lender onboarding or M&A reviews, prepare reports, and present findings to stakeholders. Drive remediation, recommend process improvements, and manage cross-functional projects to ensure compliance with Fannie Mae requirements.
