Designs, develops, and deploys solutions on the Palantir Foundry platform. Partners with business stakeholders and technical teams to build data pipelines, workflows, applications, data models, integrations, analytics, and operational solutions. Supports investigative, compliance, fraud, risk, and business processes while troubleshooting production issues, improving performance and data quality, and facilitating testing, deployment, training, and adoption.

Designs and develops full-stack Java applications, APIs, cloud-native AWS solutions, ETL pipelines, and complex SQL queries supporting enterprise reporting and analytics. Partners with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions, modernize systems, ensure data quality, and improve operational efficiency. The role also involves software testing, maintenance, architecture, and DevOps practices using GitLab, CI/CD, and Terraform.

Conduct theoretical and empirical research in mortgage finance, including residential property valuation, home price index estimation, and forecasting. Apply statistical, mathematical, econometric, data mining, and programming techniques using SQL, R, and Python. Develop and validate quantitative models, assess model risk and performance, interpret results, and provide business recommendations. Communicate technical findings through presentations, white papers, review reports, and work papers.
