The Internal Communications Lead Associate will develop and deliver internal communication strategies, advise executives, manage change, and foster collaboration across departments.

Partner with Enterprise Technology leaders to manage budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting. Validate and transform financial data, perform scenario and trend analysis, prepare management and executive reporting, support long-range planning, and deliver actionable insights to optimize resource allocation and strategic decision-making.

Lead product strategy and lifecycle for Single-Family Collateral Risk. Drive cross-functional discovery, define requirements and success metrics, evaluate risks and tradeoffs, and deliver scalable solutions balancing customer, operational, regulatory, and business needs.
