The Internal Communications Lead Associate will develop and deliver internal communication strategies, advise executives, manage change, and foster collaboration across departments.

Conduct theoretical and empirical research in mortgage finance; develop and validate statistical, econometric, and predictive models; analyze large structured and unstructured datasets using Python/SAS/R/SQL; implement model validation and testing; interpret results within business context; communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders; collaborate with cross-functional teams and apply new technologies including AI to improve analytics and business performance.

Serve as Product Owner for Audit AI, analytics, and data products: define vision, roadmap, PI plan and backlog; lead discovery with stakeholders; write features, user stories, acceptance criteria and data/process requirements; document business cases, process flows, governance routines, and control requirements; monitor product performance, adoption, training, and outcomes to drive continuous enhancement and compliance with AI governance and audit standards.
