Lead a small Poland People Operations team, ensure local compliance with Polish labor law and GDPR, translate global HR strategy to local execution, manage onboarding/offboarding and contracts, administer and optimize Rippling and Greenhouse, and build AI-driven automations with tools like Gemini and Claude.
