Teams at Fanatics

Own the architecture and technical direction of shared ledger and balance services supporting Fanatics’ sportsbook, casino, markets, and other businesses. Design high-volume Java and Spring Boot distributed systems with strict correctness, idempotency, auditability, and event-driven integration. Lead wallet migrations, reconciliation, responsible gaming protections, compliance partnerships, and cross-team technical initiatives. Mentor engineers and improve platform security, observability, reliability, and testing.

Owns end-to-end product design for Fanatics’ loyalty ecosystem, including Fanatics ONE, FanCash, rewards, identity, and SDK experiences. Partners with product and engineering teams to define scope, prototype, ship, and iterate features across multiple apps. Contributes to the design system, delivers high-quality handoffs, supports accessibility and usability outcomes, and provides peer feedback while helping raise the team’s design standards.

Develop and execute integrated creative campaigns across paid social, digital, CRM, mobile apps, brand campaigns, display, and out-of-home channels. Create campaign concepts, headlines, scripts, social copy, and in-product messaging while collaborating with design, motion, production, legal, compliance, and external partners. Use performance insights to iterate quickly, produce high-volume creative variants, and ensure compliant responsible-gaming messaging.
