Execute manual, exploratory, functional, regression, and edge-case testing for mobile games. Document bugs with clear reproduction steps, severity, and impact; maintain test plans and checklists; support automated testing with C# scripts; use AI-assisted QA tools; track work in Jira or Azure DevOps; and collaborate with developers across iOS and Android devices, operating systems, and app stores.

Support players by resolving questions, guiding them through game features, tracking product issues, and relaying feedback to internal teams. Engage communities through social media, identify trends, contribute to content creation, and help surface player insights. The internship requires strong English communication, organization, problem-solving, and interest in applying AI tools to community management and player support.

Create authentic UGC-style video ads as an on-camera talent for games: film hooks, commentary, reactions, skits, and testimonials; edit near-final videos; analyze competitor ads and present weekly trend reports; coordinate collaborative recordings and prepare briefs for advanced post-production and localization.
