Plans delivery routes, schedules delivery time windows, coordinates customer and supplier pickups, supports customers and drivers, resolves delivery errors, and assists transportation, warehouse, and logistics teams. Serves as a distribution center contact for parcel scheduling, special orders, and general warehouse IT support.

Own marketing automation, CRM workflows, analytics, dashboards, and digital experience optimization across websites and mobile apps. Coordinate product content, campaigns, promotions, integrations, platform updates, testing, and troubleshooting with Marketing, Sales, Product Data, IT, and agency partners. Use customer behavior and performance data to improve conversion, reduce friction, automate processes, and support continuous improvement across eCommerce platforms.
