Build and lead FamilyWell Health’s People function as its first full-time People leader. Responsibilities include HR infrastructure and HRIS, multi-state compliance, compensation and benefits, recruiting processes, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, culture, and executive advising. The role supports a rapidly scaling mixed W-2 and 1099 workforce across clinical and corporate functions.

Own the day-to-day security and compliance program for a HIPAA-regulated AI healthcare platform. Responsibilities include managing risk assessments, penetration-test remediation, vendor and BAA reviews, policies, device compliance, incident response, access-management initiatives, compliance automation, AI security guardrails, and board reporting. The role partners with the CPO, contractor CISO, IT administrator, and MSP while building readiness for SOC 2 or HITRUST certification.

Owns full-cycle accounting, monthly close, financial reporting, tax compliance, internal controls, audits, and multi-state regulatory obligations. Partners with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management while supporting healthcare revenue accounting. Builds scalable accounting infrastructure, evaluates financial systems, and leads or mentors accounting staff and outsourced resources in a remote, venture-backed startup environment.
