Develop and deliver communications, campaigns, content, stakeholder engagement, and community activities for a neighborhood development project. The role creates accessible digital and print materials, coordinates events and consultations, builds relationships with community partners, promotes project branding, and evaluates communication outcomes. It is a hands-on, community-facing position requiring strategic thinking, strong writing, project coordination, and occasional evening or weekend availability.

Lead reception and client services across two community-service offices. Responsibilities include supervising, coaching, and allocating work for the front-office team; coordinating reception workflows, referrals, staffing, and site functions; providing client-focused support; managing office operations, fleet, stock, and equipment; and supporting multiple client management, booking, CRM, and business systems.
