Supervise site staff and school-age children (K–5), implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities, maintain safety/health/licensing compliance, manage supplies and attendance, support behavior management, and coordinate with Multi-Site Director and families. Work hours during before/after school, with prep time and availability for school days off.

Supervise and lead school-age (K-5) children in before- and after-school programs, implement weekly lesson plans, ensure safety and licensing compliance, model Y core values, manage behavior using positive techniques, supervise assistant staff and maintain ratios, and obtain required certifications (CPR/First Aid, Food Handler) while passing background checks.

Prepare and implement planned curriculum and activities for K–5 children; supervise groups ensuring safety, behavior management, and developmental programming; follow YMCA policies, safety and snack protocols; supervise assistant staff and maintain ratios; communicate with parents and team members.
