Coordinate and provide technical expertise on child welfare adoptions, track and analyze adoption data, liaise with agencies and providers, develop policies, provide training, facilitate recruitment and pre-adoptive training, manage adoption subsidy approvals, and resolve process issues to support timely adoption finalization.

Prepare, sort, and file client case documents per federal/state/agency regulations; audit and maintain case lists; facilitate file access and notices; support quality assurance and other clerical duties.

Locate and coordinate appropriate foster placements, collaborate with case managers and investigators, ensure regulatory compliance, support placement stabilization, maintain records, and participate in on-call rotation.
