Leads the organization’s full HR function during a one-year maternity leave contract. Responsibilities include employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, accommodations, benefits, payroll coordination, HRIS administration, compliance, employee records, student programs, and organizational operations. The role advises leadership on employment matters, manages sensitive workplace issues, coordinates with legal counsel and Finance, and supports IT and operational planning.
