Support the Store Manager and learn all store management duties through a structured training program. Perform daily store operations including accounting, banking, merchandising, equipment operation, safety and security, recruiting, coaching employees, and ensuring store image and customer service standards. Complete required development courses and certifications and provide occasional management coverage.
