Leads Family Express’s digital marketing strategy and team across web, mobile, CRM, loyalty, social, advertising, e-commerce, catering, and delivery channels. Owns digital sales P&L, revenue growth, profitability, customer engagement, and performance analytics. Develops digital roadmaps, lifecycle marketing, campaigns, and cross-functional business plans while managing agencies, vendors, technology partners, and executive reporting. Requires seven or more years of progressive digital marketing experience and three or more years of leadership experience.

Develop and continuously improve Family Express’s four-day orientation and broader associate training programs. Create instructor-led, digital, and hands-on learning experiences, role-specific modules, assessments, and practical exercises. Partner with training coordinators, subject matter experts, and operational leaders to translate business needs into effective training. Evaluate results and feedback, modernize content, reinforce company culture, and keep materials aligned with evolving operations, technology, products, and policies.

Provides first-level IT and facilities support to stores and end users. Diagnoses hardware, software, facilities, and equipment issues; responds to and prioritizes tickets; documents interactions and resolutions; administers help desk software; researches solutions; escalates urgent issues; prepares reports; and supports company safety, service, and brand standards.
