Support the Store Manager in daily store operations, customer service, staff coaching, merchandising, accounting/banking, safety, and training. Complete required development courses and certifications and provide coverage for management duties as needed.

Provide excellent customer service, operate store equipment, perform accounting and merchandising tasks, maintain store safety, cleanliness, and image, assist with recruiting, and support the Store Manager in maximizing sales and executing merchandising plans.
