Provide excellent customer service, operate store equipment, complete accounting and banking tasks, execute merchandising plans, maintain store cleanliness and safety, assist recruiting, and support sales and inventory operations.

Support the Store Manager and learn all store management duties through a structured training program. Oversee daily operations including customer service, merchandising, accounting/banking, safety and security, staff training and recruiting, and store image standards. Complete required development courses and certifications (including ServSafe) and provide coverage in the manager's absence.

Provides first-level IT and facilities support to stores and end users. Diagnoses hardware, software, facilities, and equipment issues; responds to and prioritizes tickets; documents interactions and resolutions; administers help desk software; researches solutions; escalates urgent issues; prepares reports; and supports company safety, service, and brand standards.
