Provide community-based case management for youth, families, and adults with developmental, autism, or serious emotional disturbances. Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Plans of Service, coordinate and monitor services, provide crisis intervention and advocacy, document case activities, build natural supports, and follow trauma-informed, culturally competent, person-centered practices. Travel within Kalamazoo County required; supervision and professional development expected.

Serve as controller overseeing accounting, budgeting, treasury, tax, audits, internal controls, forecasting, cash management, and grant/contract compliance. Prepare financial reports for CEO and Board, lead annual budgeting, supervise two accounting staff, maintain banking relationships, and support organizational leadership and program needs.

Coordinate child welfare billing, reimbursements, financial reconciliation, and compliance. Manage billing records, post DHHS payments, track contracts/invoices, support budget tracking, office operations, administrative support, audits, onboarding, and maintain confidentiality under HIPAA and child welfare regulations.
