Teams at Family & Children's Center

Provides mental health interventions, skills training, treatment-plan support, documentation, and day treatment programming for youth clients under licensed clinical supervision. The role coordinates with families, staff, and supervisors, applies trauma-informed care, maintains client confidentiality, and may use CPI methods, including infrequent restraint, when necessary.

Supports transactional HR activities from hiring through termination, including background checks, onboarding, exit interviews, payroll and timecard processing, employee records, orientation, benefits assistance, and employee communications. The role also advises leadership on HR policies and procedures and assists with agency social events. Requires familiarity with HR laws and regulations, strong computer application skills, and administrative experience.

Provides recovery-oriented case management to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Responsibilities include assessments, treatment and crisis planning, psychiatric symptom and medication support, coordination of healthcare and community services, housing and safety assistance, family engagement, documentation, treatment meetings, discharge referrals, and after-hours crisis response. The role involves significant community and client-home work, local travel, and client transportation.
