Family Care Health Centers Benefits Overview

Leads front-desk and health-operations functions, including reception, telephone operations, appointment scheduling, medical records, interpreter coordination, patient registration, insurance verification, payments, and EHR maintenance. Prepares staff schedules, trains and supports operations staff, oversees registration and records processes, addresses patient grievances, and provides operational coverage. Maintains confidentiality, follows safety standards, and supports clinic activities.

Provide administrative HR support including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee records management, compliance tracking (ACA, COBRA, HIPAA), employee communications, and HR reporting for multiple clinic locations.

Manages FCHC marketing and public relations activities, including community image promotion, press releases, television and radio appearances, brochures, flyers, healthcare news monitoring, legislative policy awareness, and community relationship development. The role reports to the CEO, supervises no employees, supports customer service standards, protects confidentiality, and promotes the health center’s mission and values.
