Provide front-desk and phone support including appointment scheduling, patient check-in, EHR record updates and scanning, insurance verification, payments and cash handling, interpreter and transportation scheduling, and general administrative duties while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality and strong customer service.

Provide comprehensive patient care under physician supervision: perform exams, diagnose and treat acute/chronic conditions, order and interpret tests, prescribe medications, document in EMR, coordinate care, assist with minor procedures, and participate in community health and team activities.

Process bi-weekly accounts payable including invoice, expense report, petty cash, and check processing. Maintain vendor records, reconcile AP monthly, prepare 1099s, assist with audits, grant invoicing, financial reporting, and backup payroll duties.
